Nick Bosa – DE/Ohio State

Measurable’s: Height/6-3 Weight/265

Projected 40 Time: 4.67

Projected NFL Draft: Top 10

I think out of all the Pass Rushers. Nick Bosa has the most effective bend move when going up against the Right Tackles. It is something he has worked on going into this year, unfortunately he did not get to display it too much as he got hurt in just his third game this year vs TCU. Which brings me to a concern. His injury was serious as he missed the rest of the season but its even more concerning seeing that the Bosa family seem to have a injury history. As NFL fans would know his big brother Joey Bosa(that is a stud by the way in the NFL) has had a couple injuries since he has been in the league. I still have Nick going in the top 10 and still think he is the second best Pass Rusher coming out next year but this is something to look at. As big as he plays he does not bull rush a lot but he does play aggressive when he is chopping down the tackles or other Offensive Lineman. He has a little more technique in his arsenal of Pass Rushing moves then most or maybe all of the Pass Rushers coming out this year. I think he can play both sides of Defensive End but I think he fits best at left DE. He is a disrupter on all accounts. Rather the offense is trying to run the ball or pass the ball. If he is not double teamed, then he will wreck the whole play by collapsing the side he is coming from. Another thing I notice is that they have had him at Defensive Tackle on some plays from last year. I think he is more effective playing one of the Ends, preferably Left End.
