Roquan Smith is the best inside linebacker in this class. I really like how he plays with great technique but still uses his aggressiveness when he needs too, by breaking tackles from the Offensive Lineman and tackling who ever has the ball. He is phenomenal from sideline to sideline and can cover Tight Ends. He is the total package for a linebacker and anytime the defensive coordinator wants to send a blitz he is perfect for it. He has great speed at the point of attack. Roquan is also a hustler. If you happen to get by him, he won’t stop hustling until he makes the tackle. He is not always looking to make a big tackle and that is what I really like because sometimes players feel like they have to make a big tackle to make there presence felt. Not Roquan, just wants to make sure the ball carrier goes down and that is what I mean by using technique. Roquan can also tackle in space which some of the really good NFL LBs cant even do.
